Every day, it feels like a new meme or trend pops up in the social media landscape. Many of them manage to pass me by, but those that make it to the bookish sphere I do try to take part in. One of those in the last few months is the “doll” or “toy” trend, where you pretend you are a packaged toy that comes with accessories to represent your life. So many of them were AI, but I was happy to see a huge contingent or original work. For my own, I used a template made by another author creator in Canva, and then modified it with my own photos.

Nest bed has been a thing since I started reading omegaverse books and fell in love with the idea of a human-sized bed/room full of pillows and blankets and all the softness. Mine has taken on many forms, but all have included blankets and squishmallows. I had fun with this one. While my elder millennial self manages to miss most trends, it is enjoyable to hop on a few when I manage to catch them early enough not to feel like that Steve Buscemi meme:
