Books and Cozy Chaos

All the Planning

I am back to my “make it myself” ways. I have yet to find the planner that works for me. Short of a bullet journal, which I do sort currently use, where I can format it any what my little heart desires, most commercially available planners lack at least one of the things that I would like to keep track of. And those that do have everything I want are not physically able to hold more than a few months at a time, just due to page number constrains.

So, I took my happy little self to Canva, and started designing my ultimate planner. With EVERYTHING that I would want. Monthly pages, daily pages, notes pages, and all sorts of trackers and lists. For health. For books. For writing. For house stuff. For bills.

Let me tell you, even a single Canva file couldn’t hold all of the pages. I had to separate it out by each month to get it to hold every page I wanted. I guess I really do want the moon AND the stars AND all the space to write.

I have yet to attempt to print this monstrosity. Mainly because when I looked at print fees they were a little (OK, a lot) steep. Which tracks with the prices of purchasing planners that do have lots of pages from other sources.

So, for now, it remains digital. I need to teach myself how to turn my PDF into one of those that you can jump to sections on when it opens in GoodNote or a similar app. That is the next step.

I have linked a version of my template pages here on my website. Feel free to download (they are PDF format) and use as you wish. If you want. Again, I made them for what I was seeking in an ultimate planner, so they may not entirely mesh with what everyone wants. But I like sharing, so there they are. Some examples of the pages are shown below.
