Book Quotes I Love

A new round-up of (somewhat) recent favorite book quotes. Honestly, as much as I wanted to throw A Soul of Ash and Blood against a wall (for many reasons), this quote stood out: “We’ll cross that bridge when we’re ready to set it on fire.” I mean, this could be a new motto. Forget the idea of not burning bridges, burn them gleefully to the ground when the moment calls for it!

The others all hit completely different spots in the moment that I read them. I love the idea of living on purpose (Pucking Wild). Loyalty is something that is earned, but should not be based on who can offer the most to you (The Stardust Thief). And being alone is different than being forgotten and left behind (Divine Rivals). And I am always a sucker for a decent line about love (How to Say I Do).

Any favorite book quotes of your own lately? The Kindle highlights feature is my friend these days. I don’t annotate actual physical books, but I love highlighting my ebooks for some reason.
